Chopper (Black/Green)

The Chopper is a compact alternative to a traditional chefs knife, featuring a shorter blade while maintaining the same height. Inspired by the Japanese Santoku, it’s designed for precision and efficiency in dicing and chopping. The flat edge encourages a straight up-and-down motion, reducing the need for rocking and enhancing control. Beloved by home cooks for its versatility and razor-sharp edge, its ideal for chopping vegetables and herbs. Our version features a more pronounced tip, offering added flexibility and finesse on the cutting boardmaking it a standout in any kitchen.
